BBF Safety Group (Lemaitre Safety Footwear) Competition

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. ELIGIBILITY
    • The competition is open to individuals residing in South Africa who are 18 years or older.
    • Entrants must enter on behalf of their company/employer.
    • Employees of BBF Safety Group, its partners, agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
    • Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  2. HOW TO ENTER
    • To enter, participants must visit the official competition website and complete the entry requirements as set out (watching the video, answering the competition question and submitting the entry form with their details and company information).
    • Entries that are incomplete, illegible or received after the closing date will not be considered.
  3. COMPETITION PERIOD
    • The competition opens on 16 September 2025 and closes on 31 October 2025.
    • Entries received outside of this period will not be valid.
  4. PRIZE
    • The prize consists of R30 000 worth of Lemaitre Safety Footwear, awarded to the winning entrant’s company.
    • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
    • BBF Safety Group reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal value should circumstances beyond its control require it.
  5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
    • The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries.
    • The winner will be contacted via the details provided on entry within [7] days of the competition closing date.
    • If the winner cannot be contacted within [7] days, BBF Safety Group reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
    • The prize will be fulfilled through the winner’s company.
  6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
    • BBF Safety Group reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
    • The organisers accept no responsibility for entries not received due to technical failures, network issues or any other reason.
    • The decision of BBF Safety Group regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding.
  7. USE OF ENTRIES & PUBLICITY
    • By entering, participants agree that their name, company name and entry may be used for promotional purposes related to this competition, without further compensation.
  8. DATA PROTECTION
    • All personal and company information provided will be processed in accordance with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
    • Information will be used solely for administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for fulfilling the prize.
  9. LIABILITY
    • BBF Safety Group, its affiliates and partners shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any kind arising from participation in this competition or acceptance/use of the prize.
